Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We plan to ship to the United States in the future. If you're outside Canada, send us a message and we'll let you know when that changes.

Shipping costs

• Orders of $100 or more: free standard tracked shipping.
• Orders under $100: $12 flat rate for standard tracked shipping.

Any faster shipping options are shown at checkout, along with their price.

Processing time

In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Made-to-order items ship within the time shown on the product page.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and start once your order ships. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are in Canada. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but not once it's on its way.
